The founder and chairman of the board at Bills Microfinance, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, has awarded his employees a 100% bonus along with a 20% increase in their salaries.
Richard Nii-Armah Quaye stated that the microfinance sector is currently in a stronger position than it has been in the last fifteen years.
He emphasized that their achievements are attributed to their staff, who deserve to be recognized and celebrated appropriately.
